I am a PhD Fellow at the Center for Statecraft and Strategic Communication at the Stockholm School of Economics, and a Visiting PhD Fellow at the Energy Policy Research Group at Cambridge Judge Business School.
My research focuses on industrial policy in the green transition, the costs and challenges of decarbonising heavy industries (steel, ammonia, methanol), and the design of policy instruments to address these obstacles.
Previous work experience includes: European Central Bank, World Bank Group, Permanent Representation of Romania to the European Union and Romanian Ministry of Economy.
